LOVE Barefoot Rentals!!  They have been managing my vacation rental for about 6 months now and I couldn't be happier!  I love that they are a smaller company, which allows them to properly manage each of their properties.  My bookings are up, my house looks great, my guests are happy, and Stacy (the owner) is always helpful and responds to my questions/requests in a timely manner!    Plus, they charge very competitive rates.  I was previously with one of the bigger management companies in Port A and my house was lost in a rapidly growing sea of 200+ other properties that they managed.  My bookings (and income) steadily decreased, my house fell into a state of disrepair, items were constantly going missing, and I was charged  22% for my troubles (which I'm now learning is high compared to other management companies on the island.)
