Sea Esta at Gulf Waters is a lovely thoughtfully decorated home, with a beautiful view, in a great secure location! We had a few bumps with maintenance issues that should have been addressed before our arrival because they are known problems when managing property near water of any sort, especially salt water. BUT the property management company was receptive and responsive and they gave us a discount for these issues. The only real problem here is the lack of coordination between the property management company and the RV park office where the home is actually located. As an RV park owner, with vacation rentals onsite there is no reason to have this process so disjointed when simple cooperation would enhance customer experience immensely. The app the management company uses is great! We will stay here again if no other reason than to see if maintenance issues are adequately addressed.

Don't use!! They pick and choose what reviews they show on their site. You'll never get an honest review from there website. That is horrible business and plain wrong. Not to mention there front desk was horrible. I had an issue with the room and they blamed the issue on me. A/C wasn't working either in the room I stayed at.

They made everything so easy! The house was amazing!

My family used their website to book a room and did not have the greatest experience. The A/C to the house was not working when we arrived so they had to send someone out twice to fix it after it didn't work the first time. We also found out once we arrived that we did not have access to certain parts of the house such as the garage, pantry, or closets. We had trucks that we were hoping we did not have to unload each time and just lock it up in the garage instead of risk having items stolen while parked in the driveway. When we called Port A Escapes to inform them of our dissatisfaction they said they could not move us anywhere nor was it their fault because the house describes what it entails. The house did not specify what was off limits nor if there was wifi available. We then wrote a review for the house we stayed in about how we were unhappy with the service of the house and the review was never posted. It still shows the house has 100% great reviews, which is very dishonest!
