Ive been trying to contact these people in regards to my order (3 mattresses) that was supposed to be delivered TODAY and haven't heard a word. Moving out of town Friday so hopefully I'll have my merchandise by then or I'll be forced to take legal action. I've bought a few mattresses from them over the course of eight years and never had a problem until now. Even the quality of the mattresses seemed much worse than in the past years. They used to have brand new pillow tops and other great quality merchandise for a great price but I'm not sure what their problem is this year. Guess I'm starting to get what I pay for.

i purchased a bunk bed twin over full with mattresses last week from a lady named anna.  my delivery was scheduled for saturday and i have yet to receive the merchandise i paid for.  when i called anna to inquire about my merchandise i was told about six different lies in about six minutes and was promised the delivery on sunday at 4:30 pm.  when i called sunday i was told that she and the delivery man were waiting on me to call back because her driver had called me over an hour ago.  i had not received a call on either my cell or home phone but she tried to blame me for not calling back when she knew that no one had attempted to call me.  anna then promised to have the beds delivered with setup on today.  when i called anna to confirm a time for delivery.  anna kept dropping the phone and would pick up the phone and say "are you done talking?", and then slammed the phone in my ear.  i called back and anna yelled and screamed to the top of her lungs, "i will deliver it when i deliver it and it will not be set up it will be left on your front porch!!!!", then slammed the phone in my ear.  con-artists, liars, please don't shop here!!!!!!!

Bought a wood bunk bed from here. Total rip off. Screws were missing, the holes where screws were SUPPOSE to go was wrong. I ended up having to this the whole thing. Ooh and don't expect them to care.

They are con-people and liars. They sold me a brand new mattress in the plastic, clean and all that, to be delivered the next day. What I got was a dirty, lumpy, used mattress with bedbugs. The management refuses to do anything, basically calling me a liar and threatened me with a lawyer.  Also in their ad, they claim to be BBB members - LIARS!
