STOP! Don't order anything before you read this. My husband and I ordered our entire living area furniture from Crate and Barrel, we have been waiting 3 months, plus a 2 weeks delay which should of been today, we got a voice mail this morning that 85% of our order will not arrive today and that they do not know where THE ITEMS ARE. The service was rode and managers talked down to us. This is 100% the last time we are ordering from this company. I usually don't write bad reviews but this  experience was so negative and I feel like I need to let other people know.

Very beautiful store and a lot of choices to look at. I went in to look for a cocktail shaker set, and they did have some but they also has a whole wall of different types and every bar gadget you need. Very friendly staff and everyone wanted to help me out.

STAY AWAY! Guys we are still waiting on our order, it's been more than 2 weeks delay, we sold all our furniture and our house is empty, the costumer service was and is horrible, we are talked down to by the managers! I never thought that with this type of high end store and with custom orders that we would be treated this way. We did buy some items from Room & Board they were on point, if you're thinking of buying at Crate and Barrel don't be fooled by a persuasive presentation. We got to the point that we asked a manager last week to send us the recordings of a conversion we had to prove that we were told, we are still waiting for it..

A clean and trendy store with furniture and home goods. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and can even help with custom furniture.
