I bought my car New in 2011 from Barker Auto and love it. Every time I take it to be serviced they ask me if I would be willing to sell my Sorento and I am not. I have had no trouble at all with it and plan to keep it a few more years.

My experience with the salesman was fine. He was very nice and thorough. However, I decided not to purchase a new vehicle and when I attempted to contact the dealership, a lady answered the phone and simply said, "Barker Kia Dealership, may I help you?" to which I replied with, "Who am I speaking to?" and do you know the woman would not give her name? I like referring to people by name, so I asked who I was speaking with and she again replied using the name of the dealership. The third time, I said, "OK. I get that, but who are you?" and her response was, "The Switchboard operator". That is HORRIBLE phone customer service. I am in the customer service industry and I would never let my employees act like that. If I get that kind of response as a person who has not purchased a vehicle yet, imagine what it would be like if I had purchased one. I am glad to be going to Geri Lynn Nissan to get my new car. They know how to treat their customers so much better. Sorry to the salesman. This lady really ruined it for you...

Horrible customer service!!! Went in for a broken moonroof and they damaged so much on my interior that I can't even write it down.... Left it with them to fix only to go pick it up and low and behold,STILL DAMAGED!!! They then try n say the vehicle was like this when it came in??.... Who the hell years down plastic side panels just because?? No sir...YALL messed up my car!!! I will never go back not recommend Barker Kia again.... Would be 0 stars but it wont let me leave it..... Sad and yall should be ashamed
