These people don't even deserve 1 star! Our home buying experience was a living hell due to Eric Martinez and his team. Buying a home should be one of the best experiences, so we were told. This was our first home buying experience and let me say it was not a pleasant experience. They do not care about the family buying the home all they care about is making the sale. In my opinion Eric was the biggest problem for us. He will tell you what you wanted to hear just to get you to stop talking. Quite honestly you really couldn't talk when you were in the same room as him because he would cut you off mid sentence. He would talk as if he knew what he was saying but he sounded as if he were making words up to make his self sound good. All honesty the only reason we did not walk away from the deal was simply because we loved the house and the location. Eric knew that and that was the reason why he kept telling us our issues would get resolved in a timely manner. Which in fact did not get resolved, told us our money on our house inspector was a waste and that inspectors just look for things to complain about even though they were done right. Which in fact were done wrong, but you know we accepted that. So to all the new buyers please be aware. We do not know if we were the only people treated this way but NO ONE else should have to go through hell during their home buying process. Also if this gets reported so be it, but know this if this does get reported or taken down then you know what kind of people you are dealing with.
