Aaron was great with setting up a time frame for us and responded within minutes to emails. Jeremy called the morning of his school visit, kept in touch with a time frame, and arrived right when he said he would. He was patient with never before pool owners and answered all our questions. He took the time to become aware of the pool set up & was very knowledgeable in everything he explained & was doing. So far the staff have been amazing, friendly, & welcoming to our family as we are new to the area.

Love using their service. I own my home but have been gone for up to months at a time for work reasons and my pool and spa are always sparkling and ready to use the moment I get home. I also receive prompt attention by the office manager whenever I call to update them on travel plans or changes in billing cycle. Plus I have the cell phone number for the technician who keeps me up to date on any supplies I need to purchase or any equipment issues. I plan on using Ocean Quest as long as I continue to call Texas my home state.

Oh I love Lew Akins. They keep my pool in great shape - sparkling blue water, and are always supremely responsive when there is an issue. Also excellent customer service - when you call the office, they are always very helpful. I have actually recommended Ocean Quest to folks in the neighborhood who are looking for pool maintenance. Finally, Ocean Quest built my pool and it's really gorgeous. Really is the crowning jewel of my yard - it's a landscape element, not just a cement hole in the ground with chlorinated water. I appreciate that.

Ocean Quest did a great job on our pool project. They are not the cheapest pool company in the area. But they are tremendously easy to work with. They set clear expectations and followed through expertly. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing a pool without the hassles that often accompany such a project.

We've been looking for pool places for over month and finally found Ocean Quest Pools. What a great place and knowledgeable and experienced staff. We can't wait to see it all come to fruition.
