Typical B&N with a Starbucks cafe in it. Beware that the B&N Starbucks cannot accept Starbucks gift cards. Wish they still have the big cushioned chairs that they use to have scattered around the store. I guess people were getting too comfortable and staying for too long. Maybe they still have these, but not as many as they use to? Regardless, it's quiet and they sell books. That's a win in my book. No pun intended. Would be nice if they had a book exchange or lowered their price on brand new books. Most of the books you get from a store like this are less than half price at a used book store or a Goodwill while the book is still in good condition. I guess B&N execs have to pay for their vacation homes some how. Or maybe it's their stock holders they're making money for? Either way, I still go to B&N so they've got me.

I Love Barnes & Nobles. This location is great. The customer service is specular. If you want a coffee house vibe, this is the place for you. If you want an alternative place to work and study besides the library, this is the place for you! I am always greeted politely at the door. The Starbucks inside is always full of goodies to munch on. They could use more outlets for people to plug in their devices but the other customers are so nice to each other that we usually share. Thanks Barnes & Nobles!

An okay selection and good customer service.  The internet moochers can be annoying since they take up every seat in the store for hours at a time and will sometimes post up in awkward spots around the store if it happens to be by a power outlet.  Also it's a little annoying that the art books are left to bake in the sun thanks to the giant eastward window and are subsequently sun bleached.

I enjoyed my visit today! I received excellent customer service with the cashier "Marcia M.". I often forget that I have educator discount and she asked me if I had it...which had she not asked, I would not have received my discount. She was very helpful and pleasant.
