I should honestly give this place a one star. I write reviews good and bad on places I visit. I think it's good to be able to know what to expect. I've been to this location several times and have to say the customer service is just horrible. My last experience was on par with the time before and the reason I will not be returning. We'd had some cold weather recently and my windshield wipers had stuck and gotten damaged. This particular morning it was raining so instead of going to my out of the way regular spot I stopped here even tho my last experience was not good. I went to one of the people at the counter and asked for the correct ones. She lead me over and showed me. Went to check out and then she said oh actually they are not the ones you need. I'll be right back. I waited several minutes even though they were right around the corner. I waited close to 5 minutes to realize she had just gone to do other things. That is bad customer service not to mention the second time this has happened at this location. I have my ideas why but regardless I will just drive out of my way to oreileys where I always get excellent service and suggest you do as well.

Paid for an item a dimmer switch that should be trucked 4hrs later( 6pm) from  29 miles away,called 4 1/2 hours later (6:30pm)  was told it would be there by 8pm as they close at 9pm.I was reassured as I was earlier I would be called, 10am the following day I was told when I called by 1pm my item would be there for pick up. I went to a  different store paid for the item drove to their warehouse 11 miles away drove 11 miles back to home changed the dimmer  switch then went to Auto zone who still did not call n ask for my reimbursement.

Bad, bad, bad! My family & I have experienced the same rude employee over & over. Most times we come for their free inspections but he finds a reason why he can't do the inspection & he's unpleasant every time! I'm not sure if he's still there but I honestly don't want to find out. Now I go to the advanced auto parts down the street.
