Great store, good size plenty to read... would have gotten that fifth star had the check out been a bit faster.  Two employees store wide (not counting the cafe) on a Saturday seems a bit spread too thin.  Line for checking out was about 10 mins long.  Store in general was well organized and the staff was helpful, Patty in main customer service desk was efficient, knowledgeable and know her inventory well.  Also Alma in the front was very helpful and friendly, work on that speed guys!

I love my BARNES & Nobles. The people are so kind and helpful. They will stop what they are doing, just to help a customer. My HATS OFF TO THEM!🎩

I've only been in here a handful of times, but they have consistently been friendly and all but to anxious to help and offer info.

Don't get me started on the restrooms. The handicapped stall had no toilet paper dispenser. It's as if someone decided to rip it out, not to mention there was no roll to accommodate the missing dispenser. The quality of the restroom was musty and poorly constructed.
