Typical Barnes and Noble with a good selection of books if you don't mind paying cover price (I order most of my books online now). The staff are usually helpful and nice, but the checkout lines get a bit long sometimes. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or a management issue.

I can remember a time when this store was the place that I wanted to be.  It was beautiful.  Now, it feels run down to me.  The carpet and paint are showing serious signs of age, there are huge open areas where books used to be that now stand empty, and the furniture -- places where patrons can sit and enjoy reading -- is worn down.  

I think what bugs me the most is that trying to find things is incredibly difficult -- and the collection feels scattered and unorganized to me.  That means I find myself driving right by this location more and more often.  I'd just as soon buy a book on my phone and read it in a nice coffee shop or bar as stop in here for a paper version.  

I will say that the people I've spoken to in this location have all been polite and engaging.  They are good employees -- but the facility itself feels like it is failing.

Just watched one of the managers (I think -- a staff member anyway) helping an older gentleman connect to the wifi for ten minutes or so. She was really nice and patient and treated the man with great respect. I like this place generally, and I was very impressed with her work, so I thought I would offer this feedback.

Bad place for a book lover! They are consistently the best place to get whatever you need, either right off the shelf, or by order. Plus they have monthly events, wonderful refreshments, and chairs so you can ponder your purchases in comfort!
