I made a call to this store to inquire whether they carried a book and the price. Before I could finish the sales associate interrupted me and said no one has time to talk to me and hung up. I only wish I could have given no star instead of the one I did. Very poor/rude customer service.

Very nice B&N this is a huge book store with the Starbucks. It has a large cafe area to sit and read, have a coffee/ tea/ espresso drink, and a bite. Very pleasant place to kill a few hours while my wife takes her exams

There is no other book store like B&N. Fab selection of books n materials n gifts to choose from; kids section; excellent customer service; coffee shop. It's just the best book buying experience. Enjoy going there!!

Awesome book store, staff is very friendly and helpful. The books are always organized and the store is always clean. They have a Starbucks in there for some dessert and coffee while you read.
