This is probably my favorite Barnes & Noble. The booksellers are helpful, but not pushy about helping. They're super nice about ordering books that they don't have in stock and are pretty good about recommendations if you're looking for something to read. The café is a great place to sit and read and of course get a delicious coffee or snack as well. The baristas are super helpful about customizing your drink if you have any special needs. I've never had anyone be pushy with the discount card, of course I have one since I'm pretty much at Barnes & Noble all the time, but they're very understanding if I can't renew it right away when it expires at the end of the year. You all do an amazing job at this store. Keep up the great work!

Went last minute holiday shopping and had a great experience. Jenny helped me at the register with such a kind, patient, and positive spirit. Amazing customer service!

This store has a good selection of books and movies. Also, I purchased food and drink from the cafe. The cafe associate who served me was friendly and attentive.

Great book selection, however to wait in line in the designated que then have one of two cashiers leave when you're up next and then the other cashier waits on a guy who came in through the exit, i.e. he didn't wait in the que with everyone else...I will not be going back with that type of service.

Came in, found what I was looking for, but could find no cashier in the department that I was in to check out with. Waited a while for assistance. No one came, I started to go to the front of the store to check out, but the alarms went off as I would leave the media section. Went to the front desk for assistance, but only one person was there, and she was quite busy. Ran out of time, and had to go back to work empty handed.
