This store apparently is full of brand new employees, don’t trust what they tell you. I walked in with two books and immediately showed them to Brianna, I explained that I didn’t have the receipt but just needed to exchange it for the next two volumes. The person I gave them to for Christmas already had. She was very nice and said to go get the new ones and she would leave them up front with my name on them. I went to the back and they only had one, I went to the front and explained that to another woman. Not sure what her name was, she wasn’t wearing a name tag. She said I needed to go to customer service and have them order the other book and then come back up to the front. I went back to customer service and Brianna ordered the book for me. Then I went back to the front and spoke with yet another employee, once again not wearing a name tag but she was short with long brown hair. She then informed me she couldn’t do an exchange at ALL without a receipt. She wouldn’t look me in the eye while explaining this, I explained it’s the same series just getting a different volume. She once again said she couldn’t help me. I explained that I had spoken with two other employees and they even helped me order one for the exchange. She looked at me then and “well, they’re new.” She was so rude and didn’t seem to care to help me at all. Never going back. I understand that we didn’t have he receipt but was upset because two employees hadn’t informed me during the 30 minutes they were helping me. And the final employee was so disrespectful and quite frankly degrading. Hopefully they get some new new employees and maybe explain the return policy to them this time.

Quick ordering of N.I.S. items. Great cafe & ambience. Most staff has limited familiarity with literature, but sorta to be expected.
