I love shopping at Barnes & Noble. Although I have many books on my Kindle, I prefer to read paper. The store is very clean and well maintained and is often very crowded, and it's sometimes hard to find a parking space outside. The cafe sells wonderful pastries and pretzels. The staff is very helpful, and you can easily locate an associate to help you find whatever you're looking for. If they do not have it in stock, they will order it for you. They have a great selection of Bargain Books and an interesting display of specialty items. I shop here frequently.

This Barnes & Noble is really great. They always have a decent selection of books, and I've never felt like the place was over-crowded. The Associates are kind (and maybe a little pushy when they want you to get the B&N card), and seem ready to help. There is also a Starbucks inside this B&N, so you can sit down and enjoy a coffee as you read your book.

When I couldn't find something, the staff gladly helped me to where I needed to be. Had a nice variety of media, and my boyfriend and I left the store happy. Great mood, too!

I think this place is super fantastic, I wish the city had more places like this one, try it you will be amazed..! Great coffee shop.

It was an awesome experience. The girl (Miss Lee) was very helpful to my husband and I explaining us about the Barnes and Noble rewards program. She was very patient. She spent time with us to explain about all the benefits as members. Also, the guy at the Customer Service counter assisted me to order a book. He was very helpful too. I'm very pleased with their customer service.
