I worked there from 2007-2011. It is a very friendly work environment and the customers are great. The management team could work a little better at motivating their employees and recognizing the hard work they do. But besides for that it's a great place - staff, people, books etc. 4 stars!

Books, books, books! This is undoubtedly heaven for bookworms! Plus there is a cafe inside serving Starbucks coffee and eats! How good can that get?

This place is always busy, which is a good thing. Except for the fact that there's only two cashiers at any given time and it takes forever to check out. Other than that, it's always clean and there aren't books everywhere.

Overall it is a nice place to find/read books of different taste.

They have  a Starbucks inside which doesn't accept Starbucks card. I tried Mocha coffee there which was 1 of the bad tasted mocha in a while.

They have a small section for infants/toddlers to play with some 
toys/blocks. Nice section to keep little ones busy.
