PetSmart has a good selection here. I go here fairly often to get fish. They have a good number of fish as well as hamsters, birds, and other small animals. They also have a place to adopt cats and many pet supplies for birds, small animals, fish, dogs, and cats and a dog training place.

I feel like every single time we come to this location there is always an issue. Before thanksgiving, we placed an online order for toys and treats for my brothers dog who was hurt in an accident. My husband went to pick up the order before waiting for the confirmation email. The sales associate Maria told him most of the items were either out of stock or on a truck waiting to be unpacked. My husband told her just to refund the items they didn’t have. Maria then stated that the systems were down and the manager Kim would do it the next day. Thankfully my husband was smart enough to get some soft of receipt stating the out of stock items ($20 worth of out of stock items). I contacted the store to speak to the manager Kim more than 5 times before eventually going into the store and not leaving until she came out of her office. We did not have contact from anyone for 3 weeks nor did I receive a refund until after I waited for Kim to come out of her office (almost an hour). We received our refund finally 2 days after speaking with Kim. Last month my husband took our Morkie there to get his face trimmed, top of his head trimmed, and his teeth brushed. Because their grooming hours are not standard (9-5) he waited their for 45 mins until the groomer came in to work. Their grooming hours vary by the day which we did not know. The groomer Alex trimmed maxwells head, face, and brushed his teeth. It came out to $30 which I didn’t mind because he needed this done. Today we went to the grooming salon for the same trims at 2:27pm. Maria (yes the same girl who helped my husband with the order from November) was behind the counter and on the phone with a customer when we walked in. We told her we wanted a face trim, the top of his head, and teeth brushed. She said that the groomers were on break and wouldn’t be back until 3:00pm. So we walked around, bought some outrageously priced items, and went to the grooming area to sit and wait. Maria finally motioned is to come through to the grooming section and the groomer Brianna (or Bri as she called herself when I asked her for her name) asked us what we needed done. We told her face trim, top of head trimmed, and teeth brushed. She then explained that they don’t trim the top of their head, and if we wanted that done we would need to make an appointment. I think the groomers and the manager should all get together and have a conversation so everyone can get on the same page, because you can’t say one thing one week and something different another week. Maria should have told us this information before making us wait 30 mins to find this out. Brianna had a nasty attitude when we told her that Alex just did the same thing a couple weeks ago and charged us a little more. I told her I would be leaving a review and speaking to the manager as I left the grooming salon. She said if we waited longer we could speak to Alex. After waiting 30 mins, I was already upset so why wait longer? How can I trust someone with my dog when they have a bad attitude? Needless to say, Kim wasn’t in today.. what else is new. My advice to anyone who comes to this particular location would be to either only deal with Alex, or order off Chewy as their prices are half of what this location is.

Love the groomers. They are always nice, friendly and do a great job. The shelves are well stocked and usually you can find a deal.

This store is like a leap of faith, sometimes the workers know what they're talking about and the fish are in good condition while other times the workers are not well informed of the fish, for instance one time a worker had recommend a chiclid for my tank, it was my first batch of fish ever and the chiclid mass murdered them, that was a mistake on both my part and theirs. It's not a bad store, just be well informed about what you want before hand.
