Generally always busy, plenty of books to choose from. Nice coffee shop on the side. Prices are a little steep but you get the whole bookstore atmosphere which is nice once in awhile. We go there sometimes just to hang out

Shop here only for convenience. Seldom find what I am looking for. Asked the clerk if they offer a military discount as advertised on Brad's Deals Military discounts. Told they don't give discounts even though I have it in writing. No problem. I will be shopping elsewhere. Bye B&N

Great staff, know just where to locate what you Can't seem to find. Always friendly and courteous.   If it isn't in stock they will order it for you.  Fantastic setvice.

I love this book store as a whole! Almost everytime I go in there are new books. The staff is courteous and during holiday season they do their best to keep the checkout lines moving by staffing every register they have and kudos to the ones checking the customers out because they have smiles on their faces despite the volume.
They have a Starbucks and a seating area which always seems full! Not much of a coffee drinker myself but I guess it's good to see them doing well. 
Personally, just wish there was a little more seating than they have. However, it could just be that I've come at heavy times.
