Great customer service...need more law school apparel

As a parent, I can say the textbooks are extremely overpriced and can be bought/rented online for much less. They do not price match even though they say they do. (My son tried.)  If your son/daughter can't find the book online be prepared to pay the higher price of books offered at this bookstore because they will be out of the lowest priced one.

Used to work there, Elaine remembers me everytime we see each other and we hold a conversation. She really took care of me and helps when needed. Its really nice to walk in and see a friendly face.

The staff are dishonest about prices and double charge for access codes, which are already in the books. They are not clear about this. They would rather you overspend and not notice than to be straightforward.  It would just be easier if they were upfront when buying books.
