Welcome to the official bookstore of The Ohio State University! Barnes & Noble- OSU carries all course textbooks, school and dorm supplies, OSU licensed apparel and gifts, BN general reading selection and even a Starbucks cafe!

We also have two on-campus locations offering most of the same great amenities!

Buying a textbook here is always a pain.  I've been waiting for three weeks for them to get a textbook shipment that they supposedly ordered when I initially came in and still have not received any good timeframe for when to wait.  Thus B&N also screwed me last semester because they can't cooperate with other branch stores as they are university affiliated.  Super overpriced as well.  Get books elsewhere, you'll be happier for it.

This place is absolutely horrible. There's absolutely no one even working in the 2nd floor. When I walked into the store, I asked where the chargers were, they directed me to the 2nd floor. When I went up there, there was no one there, and the chargers were locked, so I had to go all the way back downstairs to get someone to come back up to get me a charger. On top of that, the charger stopped working after the first day. Crappy store with crappy, overly pricey products. Don't go!

Great, clean, large store brought down from potential 5 star rating to a 1 star due to awful customer service.
Overall, the workers seem to go out of their way to make customers feel like they are an annoyance and the management is absolutely non-responsive to complaints. Most of the cashiers will not adjust the price on discount items unless you point it out, so check your receipts carefully.
Also, this store claims that because they largely service OSU students with books and supplies that they do not participate in the Barnes and Noble membership program, so they refused to scan my card. 
I would suggest checking out the store at the Lennox instead.

Large store, clean. Lots of OSU branded clothing and other accessories here as well. Good place to get your textbooks

Customer service representative over the phone hangs up on you before you're even done speaking. Pretty disappointed in the way they treat their customers and definitely will try to avoid business with them in the future.
