Big store...But it doesn’t make up for the rudeness of the manager. I bought a remote control car for my son for Christmas from here. Brought it home and it didn’t work with new batteries. I took it back asking if I could switch it out for an exact exchange (they had two of the same toy on the shelf) to see if that one worked. I was told that there were absolutely no refunds or exchanges and there were no exceptions. I get that it’s policy, but the manager was accusatory and lashing out that I would even dare to ask about the policy and see if there could be an exception considering there was another toy in the shelf...and it was less than an hour since the purchase was made. He was just rude to my wife and I. It’s one thing to follow policy, but at least show some empathy for your customers and try to listen at the very least.

Our family isn’t too hard pressed for money but I am saddened to think about other situations where money is tight and a $6 gift was a big sacrifice...and a big loss, with no opportunity for an exchange to get your kid something that works for Christmas. We won’t be coming back here ever again.

This is a great location.  They include good hand bags and shoes in 50% sale.  W Broad St location does not. Store is super clean and well organized.  Fitting room attendants are tops and really keep the line moving!

Fav OH thrift in area, great kids clothing. & adults, 1/2 off clothes accessories on 2nd & last Weds of month. Great purses, nice used stuff

Tons of inventory. But very limited men's clothes. It took me a while to find something worth buying.

Prices are higher than my usual thrift store, especially children's clothing. ( I RARELY find ANYTHING for my kids here within reason.)  Their daily sale colors never seem to include anything worthwhile.  And I understand retail employees work hard to keep the store in order and don't want children wandering around, but one of the female managers was VERY rude to my son, who was standing about 3 feet from me.   I'm assuming because he is light skinned and I am not, she didn't realize *I* was his mother and asked, "Where on Earth is your mom??  You need to go to her now!" When I told her I WAS his mother, she just nodded and walked away. 

The upside to this place is it's one of the only places that carries a decent maternity section.  I got almost all of maternity clothes here and all were in nearly new condition. Again, the prices are higher, but if you can find what you're looking for it's worth it.  They also have a loyalty program and will send you $2 off of $10 coupons monthly. I give it a rousing, "Eh."
