Everything went great at first. Always love large selection at the one by my house so we thought why not stop by. My son and I found a book in the kids area and we went to pay for it at the registers by the mall entrance. The woman looked at us both and walked away from the registers and kept scanning random things. Like seriously "Take my money..." No?.. Well okay I guess

I enjoy spending time at this B & N . 
I enjoy it all from the cafe to the children's section.
I also enjoy it from magazines to mystery.

The typical nice layout store of the smaller version. What brought my rating down was customer service by bald head guy, John L. He couldn't care less if he wanted; unfriendly, uninterested, rude and not even a thank you" after my purchases.
