The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store. The only critique I have is that it is sometimes difficult to track down or find a sales associate to help you.

Great experience the first time I was there. The gentleman that helped me seemed to know a lot about laptops. I ended up buying one convinced that he had given me what I wanted. I get home only to find out that he gave me the wrong size laptop and not only that but when I went set up Microsoft Office I realize that the program I bought did not have Access, when he told me that the one time payment plan included Access. Very disappointed with this store. Need to train employees better on products they offer!

Can never get rewards points aaplies to purchase always need to go in and waste time.  There solution is to refund my money and recharge me for purchase.  Manager melody explained this is the only way

Great service, the first guy I met connected me with another that helped with what i needed. When I questioned the pricing, it made sense to him and he went to check very well to make sure. I was able to get what I needed
