I grew up going to Barnes and Nobles to hang out. There was one right by the mall of the town I grew up in and it seemed like what everyone would do on the weekends was either hang out at the mall, or hang out at Barnes and Nobles cafe and the bookstore.

I didn't mind this as I have always been a huge book worn so even if I am only hanging around books and not reading them, I am still happy because they are close by. 

This location is huge! Two stories with the cafe on the first floor and lots and lots of books. It is located at the Gateway Mall in the outdoors area and can usually be seen by the street views of this location.

Nothing like being treated like a homeless heroin addict by a surly bathroom attendant. Might just be enough to have me order my books online, instead.

Despite purporting to be a Starbucks licensee, neither person working the counter could understand the concept of "half caffeinated" espresso, "um, the machine doesn't do that...?" Are you kidding me? And the flat white was flat alright. Sigh. Perhaps another nationwide training stand down is in order.

One of my favorite places to chill as a college student.  There are sofas to relax and starbucks in the store ♡
