Friendly, knowledgeable staff, always helpful.
Location is well managed - If it's not on the shelf they'll check their warehouse. 
Coffee area clean and stocked with "yummies" and music area offers records, DVD and video choices. 
Bathrooms are well maintained.  
They also offer Story-time for little ones and book based Theme Events for various ages.
Other items include Educational Toys/games, Electronics/Nook - and specialty cards.

I found a jigsaw puzzle that I've been looking for. There were plenty of interesting books, D.V.D.s, C.D.s, and even vinyl records. It's too bad the records cost so much! One was almost twenty dollars, another was nearly thirty-five dollars, another one close to forty dollars, etc. What's the point of bringing back records if very few people can afford them? Is it really necessary for them to be so expensive?
Aside from that, my visit was mostly pleasant.

This is my favorite book store. Super friendly staff, they are very helpful. Great place to bring kids. And there is a Starbucks inside as a bonus!

Its a nice B&N, although I wasn't able to find anything on Moorish History or the history of 'Africa' when it was called Alkebulan or African herbal medicine before the trans- Atlantic Slave trade, the sales representative was very nice in trying to help. It has a nice area to drink coffee as the B&N's usually do. I just didnt like the very limited book selection even in the psychology section for mental health. But if you just want to read and be in a good atmosphere, it is a nice place. Bathrooms were clean as well.

Rude people work here. Just an FYI. I guess having that useless degree and doing menial labor for your paycheck doesn't make you a good person. Or very good at your job. Gosh, words are easy to type. But thanks for being rude!! Crazy. Have a good day.
