Very relaxing place to read whatever you like. They have all kind of selections even has new collection of Manga. If you want to spend an afternoon reading at a nice quiet environment with some coffee, this is the place to be!

Large selection and helpful staff. I like how you can get a cup of coffee and peruse so many different books.  It was quite crowded on a Saturday.  They may want to move some of their displays to make it easier for there customers to walk around.

Horrible customer service over the holidays. I called the store before driving there to see if a book I was looking for was there, because they never picked up I just drove there. 

When I arrived there I went straight to the customer center to ask if they had the book (they didn’t). I then asked if there was anything in stock from that author, again nothing. 

Finally, I just wanted to mention to the lady that was “helping” me. Did you know that no one answers your customer line when we call? Her reply, in a very condescending tone, “that’s because we prioritize the customers who ARE in the store versus those who are not”.

Needless to say I’ll be sticking to amazon for my book purchases and waiting to hear the news when B&N eventually close their stores down.
