Horrible customer service. 
I paid for a tall cappuccino , almost $5,  no big deal but felt really light. After stirring in some cinnamon,  the froth melted into the coffee and it was obvious my cup was only about 70% full. I showed the girl at the counter if she could please add some more coffee since it looked close to 1/2 empty and she said they'd have to charge me extra for more coffee. I explained I had already paid extra for Almond milk but she said sorry, still have to charge.  There were 7 other people ahead of me. I'm very pregnant and had two little kids with me. DEFINITELY no longer buying bulk gift cards for my volunteers seeing how awful they treat customers.  Will be doing Dunkin' Donuts Gift cards from now on.

I went on vacation to see family and this is their local starbucks. I am a shift supervisor at a starbucks in FL so I know the ins and out of what good service and cleanliness should look like. I went there three times while in town and the front register barista was always very nice. The first time i went they got one of my drinks wrong which is no problem it happens .It was a grande green iced tea with strawberry acai instead of water. Again it was no problem to go back inside and get it fixed but when my husband (who is an asm for starbucks) went back in to get it fixed the bar partner acted like it was an inconvinence and as if we didnt pay for the modifications and poured a splash of acai in my already made wrong drink and handed it back woth an attitude. The second and third time we went the store was messy and there were dirty rags on the counter. The customer support partener was working hard to get the lobby in shape so it was not a big deal. Both times my husband went to pay the shift was in the back and even though she knew we were partners and checked our id every time we used our numbers, felt the need to yell from the back to check our ids and treated us differently because we were partners .We were on vacation and felt as though our business was not important to her not to mention our last trip took 20 min to get 2 very simple and easy to make drinks while it wasnt busy. This was due to the fact that the shift was not supporting her new barista on front and wasnt even on the floor to help, forcing the bar partner to step away from bar and help instead.  As a customer i wil not be going back to this location and as a partner i am understanding of alot of trials that parteners can experience therfore can only imagine how a customer who is not a partner would feel . I gave 3 stars only because the it was the shift on the floor that soured my experience and not the poor baristas working hard .

Original 2016 staff are just about gone.  Orders in the morning are usually spot on, but afternoon/weekend/evening orders for strawberry tea go unanswered.
Had three different orders and all three times no tea was available.

Morning fraps are on point though.

Best Starbucks I’ve been to on the east coast. Friendly baristas, great service, and the regular coffee is actually drinkable to the last drop. It does get crowded here so keep that in mind.
