Fantastic! Quiet, neat, clean. Staff helpful. Tea at coffee shop great. Perfect place for reading, studying, working,  and of course purchasing books, music, and educational items.

Nice diverse services book store that both feels local and traditional as well as a national branded box store. Nice place to go sit and read, they never pressure you.

A very friendly, helpful and knowledge staff.  A nice selection of magazines and a coffee place where you can sit down and relax.  An interesting selection of used and out of print books in back of the store.
A music shop on the second floor.
Plenty of parking.

Great store. Wish they had more books and less toys but I guess Amazon is taking a lot of the book sales.
Only complaint is the parking lot is a sheet of ice. They should really salt or something.
