The store usually has what I need in stock and the staff is almost always friendly...but the telephone service SUCKS!! I have called a countless number of times and no one EVER picks up. In fact, I am on hold right now to see if they have a computer power cord in stock. I've been calling since yesterday - 4x - and no one ever picks up. I even go through the whole selection process. This, Best Buy, is a very easy way to lose my business.

Just purchased an Apple Ipad.  The sales support was outstanding and the check out experience very simple.  They did not have the color I wanted but a nearby store did & they made arrangements for me to pickup very easy.  They transferred all apps & data from older Ipad to the new one plus easily answered a few technical questions.

I left a review two years ago and still havnt been back to the store, but they deserve another one star review under my new g mail account. Worst best buy. I was almost sexually assaulted in the bathroom by staff (yes, another man, fat and ugly at that). Stay away from this place.
