It's like a hip and trendy library had a baby with a book store  jacked up on steroids. Can be a bit intimidating if illiterate. But if you can't read, what in the world are you doing at a book store ?? Or looking at my reviews ???📚📚📰📰

It's nice to browse but they don't match prices so I have to order my books from Amazon for a 40% discount. I even considered getting my book from the BN website but shipping was crazy expensive. I don't see how they stay in business.

Good selection, cheerful, helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Longer lines at checkout.

When my answer is "no thank you" to the question of "are you a member", it means I do not want the follow up question of "would you like to be a member". Obviously you guys understand how annoying it is to be asked the same exact question every time a customer is in your store shopping. Those annoying questions makes me NOT want to return to this store. I was fully aware the book I wanted was half the price on Amazon, but I still choose to come into the store today. So please stop with the repetitive question, train your staff to take a hint that customers don't want follow up questions about being a member.
