I may be biased since I go to this specific barnes and noble quiet a lot but the staff is super friendly. They have a huge Harry Potter section that seems to expand every time I go there and it's wonderful! They had a Yule ball last year which was so fun and wonderful! I never leave here empty handed which is not beneficial to my pocket book but I quite enjoy it.

This is a fantastic bookstore.  The magazine section is out of this world, neat, and had the magazines I wanted.  The people in the coffee shop were friendly and made my order to perfection.  A nice friendly atmosphere.

Always a pleasure to visit BN. I often stop by for coffee with friends. It's a great place to relax and be inspired by the books. I love the staff. They know me by name 😊

People seem friendly and can be helpful. There are not enough spots with outlets in the cafe area.

They've no respect for their customers (or products) as some of their products and books are "displayed" on the floor, underneath book tables and under lower shelves on the end of the bookcases.

Floors are rarely clean.

I hope the folks around here appreciate having a nice bookstore because other areas have lost their's for sundry reasons.
