They make no attempt to be competitive. They also have a new policy if their machine has a chip read error, they won't accept the credit card. Was asked to use another card and same issue. I understand they are taking security seriously, but when none of your cards work, even though you just used them earlier, they will refuse to sell to you. Their system is flawed,  yet they make you feel like your some sort of credit card thief.

Prefere to come to this location more than the Columbus one since it's alittle bigger and got an bigger selection to look around at plus the movie/music selection that most locations have.

Pretty large selection and average prices. The store is clean and has restrooms and a Starbucks inside.

The usual great selection of reading material,   super helpful counter staff (Thanks,  Tom K!), and Starbucks,  too. What's not to love?!
