Bizarre negative reviews here -- it's a higher end store that doesn't pressure people into buying, but the price tags mean the average person browsing is probably not intending to buy. This is also my favorite store in Chicago, mostly because they constantly have new things in that aren't "outlet quality" junk, but actual well made high end textiles straight from Barneys. Never once have I felt the staff ignored me. They're just not pressuring anyone to buy. I go back almost every week to see what new things come in, and whenever I have questions, not only are they helpful but they'll even go dig through their extra stock in the back for an hour to find something in my size. I wanted a shirt they didn't have, and the sales person called me to follow up a few times over the next month letting me know they still didn't have it -- just to save me the drive in. Really hard working crew, and they're always available for questions or to check stock at other stores, too. They're just low pressure, which is how I like it. Considering how popular the mall is with travelers and tourists, it doesn't surprise me that the sales person isn't accosting every person that walks in, even during slow periods. I hope that Barneys doesn't take some of the negative reviews here and tells sales people to bother everyone just browsing around.

Walked into this store on a Tuesday afternoon while the mall was completely dead. I saw 3 sales associates while browsing around the store for a good 15 mins. I was never greeted or talked to once. You're an outlet store in Rosemont. Get over yourselves.

Good shopping experiemce. I don't like being bothered and wasn't. Staff were plesant.

The only good experience that I have when visiting this store is when the manager Sonia is not there. She does not have good customer service skills, not a welcoming person AT ALL!! I feel that I'm being watch and not wanted in the store when Sonia is there. everyone else is very helpful.
