We went just for a massage. The room was great and the sauna was very relaxing. Unfortunately they were performing maintenance on the hot tub this time but it is very nice and spacious. The staff is incredibly friendly and the signature massage was amazing. My wife and I booked the couples suite and it was well worth it. Perfect ambiance and a wonderful experience.

I've only been to the Pellicano location a few times but, I've never had a problem.  I go for the salon (spas in general gross me out) and the girls who cut my hair have always done a great job.  I always schedule appointments for early morning so I don't have to worry about a previous appointment running long.  The people on the phones are always really nice and so are the women at the reception desk.

I did the facial, massage, mani,pedi with lunch package. I loved the atmosphere! The facial and the maasage were wonderful. Thw lunch was catered from bj's the staff on the spa side was phenomenal and the spa coodinater was fantastic and very attentive! I could not have asked for better service. Then i went to the nail side. The nail tech gave me the wrong shape nails even after I continued to tell her throughout her doing them. Then the top coat did not make them shiny. When I asked her if she could make them shiny rather than dull she said "no". I didn't say anything but I was very unhappy. I also told her I like them some what thick ( I upgraded from a mani to acrylic) she pretty much ignored that as well. When we got to the pedicure side it was one big long bench with about 8 tub basins which was appealing to the eye and probably more cost effective than buying the individual spa chairs. But it was very uncomfortable and you have to sit almost at 90 degrees. When I was getting dressed the spa coordinator asked me how I liked my nails and I told her my concern. She offered for me to re polish...i chose an easy color and upgraded to gel to ensure the shine. The lady that re did them did not even put the polish to the back of my nail. Afterward I politely thanked them and left feeling kind of  unhappy. I walked through the door when I got home and one of the nails popped off. I didn't go back because I work about 90 hours a week. But I was very unhappy that after spending a few hundred dollars  I was stuck with  nails that I did not like and one broken one  inside of about 2 hours. Had it not been for the nails I would have given this spa 6 out of 5 stars.

Went for a basic mani and pedi. Overall satisfied. Will look into booking a spa day soon.

I was wary of this place based on previous reviews, but when the West Side location was booked during my desired timeframe, I decided to give it a shot. Got a deep tissue massage with my mother-in-law, and we both had a great experience. Every staff member with which I had contact was professional and pleasant. My masseuse (Brittney) was wonderful. The building itself was beautifully decorated and clean. I will definitely be returning.
