I was excited to find this place because it looked nice and had good reviews.  I called to make a simple request...to book a pregnancy massage for my sister-in-law's birthday who's baby is due in February.  I don't live near Granbury, but my sister-in-law lives close and works in town.  According to the person who answered the phone, the only way to redeem the gift card was for them to mail the "piece of paper" to me.  I'm amazed that this place isn't set up in such a way where someone can purchase a massage for someone else, and they can then in turn email a gift certificate and/or allow the person for whom the gift is for to pick up and schedule at their convenience.  It's almost 2018.  Time to get with the times. I don't want the certificate mailed to me.  Given there's no way for someone to track my purchase (as the person said on the phone), I wouldn't want to risk the "piece of paper" getting lost and my $75 bucks down the drain.  I was fully prepared to pay with my credit card out, and you all missed an easy opportunity for business.  Helpful marketing tip:  It would probably be worth your investment to add a gift-card purchase option online (and as someone mentioned before, allow the option to cover tip).

UPDATE: I have heard from the owner who was very apologetic for the stylist who ran so late. She vowed to make it  right. Since I live out of town, they are sending my sister a gift for future services. I have also heard from the stylist who apologized. I appreciate the efforts the owner has made to make up for the time my son spent in the salon. The customer service we have received after our initial experience gives me confidence that our situation was indeed unusual. 

Original post: I made an appointment for my son for 2:00 when I called to ask how it was going at 2:50 he still hadn’t had a haircut and he was told it would be another hour. Unacceptable!

So many of the ladies that work there are not only talented, but spending time with them is really enjoyable. I've been seeing Shawn and Erica for nails and Jana for hair for years now. Also, if you're need a massage therapist, you won't be able to find a better one than Bobbi Jo. Love those ladies!

Great place to get your hair cut,and more. Small very cute. Intimate,1 stylishist. She is greatly!

Just had a massage from Kimber, and it helped relieve my back pain,  Bobbie Joe is another great massage therapist on staff there.  Couldnt haved asked for a better therapeutic massage in Granbury.
