I've always struggled with staying with a workout routine but I always love coming to Barre class! Everyone is warm and welcoming and the team aspect makes it feel like a second family. It also doesn't hurt that other people have noticed my "buffness."

So excited for this location! It feels like family as soon as you walk into the studio. High energy instructors led by a top notch audio owner, Britney. They are also hands on to make sure you have correct form and modifications if needed. Lots of smiles and positive attitudes make you feel energized long after you have left the studio. The workout is no joke either. Ive tried a lot of different kinds of group exercise and Barre is definitely the most humbling! I swear I used abs that I never even knew I had. This studio had the total package!

I started taking the pop-up classes this summer before the studio opened. I wasn't sure what to expect before my first Barre3 class but there may have been visions of tutu's, smooth buns and mirrors. What I didn't expect was to be sweating within the first 10 minutes of class or questioning if I'd be able to stand and/or walk after Britney and her instructors were done with me. However, I caught a reflection of my butt as I was walking out and let's just say the class was definitely worth the effort. Britney and the other instructors are very down to earth and bring a great energy. They encourage everyone to go at their pace while convincing us to push ourselves to meet our goals. Highly recommend checking out a class, trusty me, your booty will thank you!

I did not expect this!! The first five minutes of class were nice and relaxing, but that quickly changed. Within ten minutes, my legs and quads began shaking uncontrollably as ALL muscles in my lower half were being used. Never had I experienced such a sensation. As I smiled in disbelief I realized I was hooked. Barre3 Highlands Ranch offers an amazing workout for anyone and everyone! This is not geared just for women. You get what you put into it! As I left the studio I felt invigorated. The energy and passion of the staff at Barre3 Highlands Ranch is infectious making you want to come back for more happy mind centered leg shaking workouts!! Definitely worth trying it out for yourself! You're bound to get hooked as your legs become jello! Highly recommended!!

I have been taking Britney's classes and WOW they pack a great punch and you get cardio, flexibility, yoga, stretching, core and squats all in ONE CLASS... plus more I am unaware of what I am working out but it is fun and different every time. Which that is a good thing, I am not watching the clock!! The energy from the Barre3 staff is contagious and I am always looking forward to my next class and I have never been one to be consistent in working out!
