Very nice area. Quiet neighbourhood with plenty of open places to walk and enjoy the sun.

Nice park to bring the kids.  Geat trails near and around the park. The park also has a small stream nearby with large rocks kids can jump on and around.  The playground equipment is ok for older kids but not much for young children under 3 years old. The park also has a gazebo that can be reserved via Highlands Ranch for parties.  Dog park nearby as well.  Fun note is that there is a beaver living in the stream.  A small hint of the wildlife that one inhabited this area.

Beautiful park.  Nice open fields to run around, play soccer, football, etc.  They have a basketball court, and nice playground area, with swings for toddlers and big kids.  They also have a little water stream that is nice to hear while relaxing at the park.

Nice Park with a circular walking path, basketball, playground, picnic shelter, latrine, and 2 multi-use sports fields.
