If you get Dr. CAPPELLO be prepared to feel inferior. He has way more important things to do than answer your questions. He has no bedside manner and has no problem handing out a bad attitude.

I went there at 7:55 am saw the nurse at 8:10 Male nurse with a personality like a rock.Then he puts me in another room to wait for doctor.its now 8:20.I waited till 8:50 before doc came in.mind u there was 1 person ahead of me.I finally got out at 9:10 Am

Better off going elsewhere. Took almost 45 minutes just to get checked in - and they weren't even busy. Finally got back to the treatment room and waited for another 20 minutes. Seen by Ann Fisher who really didn't seem to grasp what was going on with me. Her diagnosis was very subjective and not really in line with what was actually going on. After seen by her, had another 20 minute wait just to get checked out. So now a day later due to a poor diagnosis, my condition is much worse -- Had to miss work today and probably will miss work again tomorrow. Told her I had been coughing up green phlegm, but she seemed to think it was coming from my throat and not my lungs? Huh? I worked as a med tech in the Air Force for many years so I definitely know the difference. I also had a very high fever for 12 hours beforehand and EVEN checked my temp in the car (100.2) just prior to going in to the clinic, but oddly, the thermal scanner they used showed my temp at 98.6? Go to Convenient MD or Wentworth Douglas - This clinic is one of the worst I've been to in a long time. Wasted alot of time for nothing. Now I have to go see a REAL primary care provider. Even called them today and left a message - Of course no call back. No surprise.

Great place for blood work. I took my elderly mother her every few weeks, always quick and friendly.
