I dont get al rave reviews - my experience has been horrible. I went with this agency because they are located close to my residence - other than that I would have left long ago. Dropped off a payment once but was told by Elizabeth that it could be mailed direct to provider - with a nasty attitude she took it saying "Well I guess we can save you the stanp money" However she then mailed the payment back to my address ( accidently on purpose I'm guessing) making my payment late.  The provider was gracious & accepted. Now they stopped the Medicaid coverage ( dollar a day ) with no notice. Leaving me uninsured for four days. Very condescending attitudes to Medicaid clients. Some of whom like me worked all their lives until getting ill. Their office is shabby beyond belief which is an indication of how cheap they are. Its an effort for them to get up from their desks to assist at the counter & I was a customer for over 5 years !! They didnt even want to help find a new agent for me - I had to insist on help which ended up being worthless anyway. Go elsewhere. I went to R&R in Highland Park & am treated respectfully now!!

I have been working with Elizabeth and David Barrood for many years.  I have referred a number of clients and they have quoted and provided policies for me on my home and investments.  I have worked with a number of other agents and direct providers but I now only use Barrood.  Their knowledge is A+ and the customer service is even better.

David is a ton of help for my business and personal insurance needs. He will always get back to you with a solution for your problem with no delays. He always finds the best rates for me and gives me many options. I have used this agency for the last 7 years and I am very pleased with their services. I would recommend him and his agency for anyone who wants the job done right.

I have had the best experience working with David.  He is very responsive, pleasant to work with and most importantly, gets us the best rates!!  I have happily switched brokers and would highly recommend them.
