12/10! This agency was actually recommended to us by All State when they couldn't help us. We had a unique situation and were getting screwed over by Geico. Doug was very helpful and responsive. It was nice to email/chat with a designated person instead of spending hours on hold with Geico and getting a new person every time.

I'm posting for Doreen Guerriero.  My Mom had a car accident when she called the agency she spoke to Lauren. Lauren was rude, put her on hold for an hour and then came back on the line eating or chewing gum like a cow. I do not reccomend them.

After filling out over a dozen applications for commerical residential insurance for my five unit building and getting the run around and outrageously high quotes I called the MacCormack Agency in Somerset, NJ and spoke to Diantha. She was courteous, responsive and helpful. She found me a policy that fit my needs for thousands less than I had been quoted and was very patient and flexible as we explored different levels of coverage. She answered all my questions and never stopped working for me until we had the policy in place. I hope this review can save you some time and aggravation filling out forms for unresponsive companies and agencies. Thanks again MacCormack!

I’ve been a client of this office for over 15 years with car and renters insurance and have never had any dealings that were less than five stars. They are very friendly, thorough and helpful in all matters. I highly recommend this office.
