Mr. Malkiewicz is a great attorney. He handled my case after my car accident & he worked very hard on my case. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great attorney.  Of course no matter what you never get the money you deserve for your pain but I can say Mr. Malkiewicz did a great job to get me the most money he could. He was worth the money I paid him for his time & effort he put into my case. I will forever be thankful for everything that Mr. Malkiewicz did for me. I feel that they did not try to resolve my case at all, I called and called after my consultation and never got any calls back and had to do everything for the wreck I was involved in myself. They did however send a letter 6 months later telling me they couldn't represent me because I failed to keep in touch which is not true at all, they were the ones who didn't keep in touch with me. My husband and children were also in a separate accident and they did the same thing with him and he got the same letter saying they would not represent him. Do not use them if you have a difficult car accident and need your case settled.

I used bever, and his service sucks....I called them several times to find out the statues of my case, and I never received a call back!!! The only thing I received was a bill in the mail stating I owed money, but my retainer fee wasn't even fulfilled so they had actually owed me money.  DO NOT USE THEM

I have nothing but good things to say about the firm, but more importantly my attorney David Bever and his paralegal. They have been a blessing in my life and I truly do not know how I would have gotten through all I have without them by my side. He has seen me physically stressed and just chatted and made jokes with me to relax me. The firm and the attorneys really seem to put in the time to help out every step of the way throughout the process. I was blessed to be able to find David and I tell everyone that I can that needs an attorney that he is the one to get!!

I used David's legal services to settle a dispute with the DMV. He was knowledgeable and responsive. He quickly got the situation fixed and I was back on my way. I highly recommend him.
