We went to Procino-Wells & Woodland to finalize wills and trusts. We worked directly with Amber Woodland. She was fantastic. She explained everything in a clear and concise manner and the work was completed in a timely fashion. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable and so easy to work with. They provide a tremendous number of educational opportunities, within the community, which I highly recommend to clients, their families and my professional networking contacts.
Go elsewhere. TWICE they have failed to honor the appointments they made with my family. We take off of work, drive a great distance, and show up at the time/date they set, and they are surprised we are all there bc no one has record of the appointment. Once could be an aberration, but twice is incompetence. If they cannot manage a schedule, how can they produce legally accurate documents for estate planning? Save your gas and inconvenience and go somewhere competent instead.
I have the pleasure of working with this firm on a professional level. I've always found them to be very responsive to my questions, considerate in their communications, and very prompt in honoring their obligations as well. Kudos to the team!
My mother had moved from PA to live with me in DE. She thought she had all of her estate planning complete but we learned that was not so as laws differ from state to state. Amber explained everything clearly and precisely in terms my 94 yr old mother could understand. The entire staff is very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Procino-Wells & Woodland!

I came to Procino wells & Woodland with extremely high expectations since I was highly recommended by a dear relative who had to settle her parents estate.They surpassed all my expectations and walked me through the whole process of setting up my trust and explained it so I could understand every thing.not so a lawyer under stood but so I could make what I thought was best for me and heirs. Michelle, Amber and their staff are a great team. They make complicated legal stuff easy to understand. Best of all, when your initial work is complete, they follow-up annually with their trustee workshops, emails and mailings. I would highly recommend PW&W.
