Barrys ordered me the wrong wedding band just a few weeks before the wedding. When they got the right one in on time just a few days before the wedding they told me it was actually 70 dollars extra than what i agreed to pay for initially. No managers around to speak with and they told me I couldnt have my wedding band without paying the extra. Rude about the whole thing and said not to tell them how to run their business. Told me to save my receipt and come back later to argue with a manager to get my money back.  I have three engaged friends who won't be buying rings here.

Very overpriced diamonds and the guy I dealt with was very "salsey" and pushy. I found a much better deal elsewhere for a bigger and far better quality diamond.

The staff is always helpful and willing to accommodate any request. Everyone is very professional as well. The jewellery is stunning and very high end. Truly in a class all their own!

Was scarred to go with my wife to a jewelry store (she has expensive taste) - ended up going to Barry's. The staff was great - but even better was the priceing and service. The wife was very happy! and my wallet was even happier!!! :-) 

Thanks Cindy for all your help! Will visit soon again.
