The selection they have seems pretty good. The the experience was ruined by the sales team. The sales style we experienced here was of the high-pressure variety. A manager tried to get us to negotiate the price of a van that we had never seen and wasn't even on the lot. We left and did not return. They continued to text me for a week or so.

Had a Great experience.. Victoria was very helpful and had the car ready before the time i was supposed to be there. paperwork was painless and the finance manager was great to talk to. Thanks guys this was way better than the time i came before.

We purchased a new Dodge 2500 4x4 today. Victoria Boyd was awesome. She an the finance team really worked hard . This is a excellent place to purchase your vehicle just don't use the service department. Had our truck back for repairs for a fan belt or idler pulley. So they replaced the left side exhaust. The service Department is a joke.

We attempted to buy a vehicle there but could not come to.an agreement on a price. That's completely understandable depending on what they had in on the car maybe they could not. I accept that as reasonable but let me share more about the.experience with you. First part of the experience that rubbed me wrong was when we went back a second time to look at the vehicle we had an appointment. Our salesperson came out and said."Oh the keys are.checked out to so.and so, he must be showing it". Low and behold, 'so and so' comes walking right towards us. He says he has someone coming to look at it and they are very interested. Right off the bat they are.scheming on me and my guard goes up. We get back from test drive and the sales manager.meets us in the parking lot in his golf cart. He rants and raves over the car and the fact that it is a gdi motor. I ask him about it the details about it and he knows nothing. I shared with him my.concern with the color of the oil, it was black as tar. He.swears they changed the.oil in it and he knows the previous owner changed the.oil every 3000 because the warranty offered by Hyundai. In no way does that satisfy my concern for the dark black oil that was supposedly just changed. Me not accepting his poor objection to my concern changed his.attitude. He got defensive and snarky. So we go in to make an offer. Of course we start low hoping to.get to a reasonable number. He came down 400$ and when I said that's wasn't going to work he went to his manager. He came back with a a sheet of paper with comparable cars in the state to prove he was the lowest. It's true. It was the lowest but it had far more many miles on it than the rest and I was still concerned.with the previous care of the vehicle. Also when he came back he said he couldn't sell it for any less than they were asking. So after they came down 400, they went back up to full price. Any point the snarky sales manager made I had a valid, reasonable objection too. I'm no idiot and I do my research. My wife really wanted this car but I didn't like the games, the attitude, and the all around experience. We went to Ferguson in Broken Arrow the next day and had a wonderful experience. Got a loaded car with 35k less miles, for less money and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. No.gimmicks, no lies, reasonable and respectful. We continued to get texts and phone calls from them several days after we told them we bought another car. Just look at the smart elect response from the owner on Melissa Daniels review. That alone should turn you away from this place. Good luck. If you want respectful treatment and a fair deal go somewhere else.
