They had such a selection and there was no pressure whatsoever. I told Darrin what my plan was and he set me up with an offer on my old car and the price on my new car was well below the average price paid for the model Honda I purchased. The experience was just what I expected out of an out of town dealership.

I made the hour drive from Tulsa twice to visit this dealership while searching for a new Honda Civic after my car was totaled.  Completely worth it!  The prices on their cars could not be matched with any other location I searched online.  Scott kept me informed on what cars had sold that I was interested in and communicated with me promptly.  In addition, they worked with me and let me take my new vehicle home before paying any amount, so I would have a car to drive while waiting on my settlement check from the insurance company.  I cannot thank them enough for letting me do that!!  I would not have had a car to drive at all without that kind gesture.  Thanks Honda of Bartlesville!

My husband and I came to try to get a car from here. We felt that the salesman and financing staff talked down to us and ganged up on us. They didn't seem to care too much about selling a customer a car. Definitely will not return. Ended up getting exactly what we wanted at a different Honda dealership which gave a great customer experience.

I can't say enough good things about both the sales and service teams at this dealership. I've bought 4 cars from them over the years. The sales team is friendly, helpful and honestly want to find the best deal FOR YOU! I have brought all 4 vehicles to their service department for all scheduled maintenance and repairs. They are very transparent and explain any and everything that needs to be done to your vehicle. All my vehicles made it well over 150k miles without any work need being done besides scheduled maintenance. These guys have a customer for life. Shout out to David in the service department: YOU ROCK!
