AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS! After waiting an hour for my first appt, I was scheduled for an injection. 2 days before my appt, they called to remind me of my "follow up appt" and told me I was never scheduled for a procedure. The nurse spoke to me like a piece of garbage and acted as though it was my fault. I was scheduled again for the procedure a week later. Sat in the waiting room for TWO HOURS because the doctor showed up an hour and a half late for work. People in the waiting room told me they'd waited upwards of 5 hours before. Absolute garbage. I don't know how this office can continue to run in this manner.

I have been a patient of Dr Basali's for about 4 years. I suffer 24/7. I have Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Spinal Stenosis, degenerative disc disease and I had a my knee replaced a year ago. I can truly say Dr Basali has been there for me when I need him. Yes you have to wait, but I can say that I believe things are improving with that. Dr Basali is a kind, caring man. He sees thousands of patients and he is only 1 person. He does need another Dr in there to help him pick up the slack I agree. I also think he is doing the best he can. I am just so thankful for his kindness and caring. I have shed more than one tear in his office and he always took the time to explain or reassure me. I will be his patient as long as he'll have me. A lot of drs would throw their hands up at all my conditions, but he has not.

guy is a total jerk ...he YELLED AT ME AND SAID WHAT IS CAUSING YOUR PAINS AND I TOLD HIM ...ARTHURITIS/ GRAVES DISEASE /ATRIAL FIBULATION AND HE SAID WITH EACH ON....'' THAT DOESNT CAUSE PAIN'' ....ARE YOU SERIOUS....am 64...i definately have PAIN AND CANT WALK SOMETIMES AN HAVE TO CRAWL TO THE BATHROOM...am going to check into an attorney....this FRAUD DOESNT NEED TO BE IN PRACTICE....
