Went there because of a retinal hole. Met with their retinal surgeon who told me sometimes the surgery for my condition had to be performed three times! Everytime I asked about the post operative procedure I was told a different story. A fellow employee went there for an eye condition and vehemently criticized this place. She and my primary care physician recommended The Cole Eye Institute at The Cleveland Clinic. Had the surgery done there, once. The post operative procedure was very conservative and the result was my vision in my left eye went from 20-200 to 20-25. Would not have expected the same positive results from Wooster Eye Center.

Only place I will bring my children too and we as a family come to. I love the workers they do an excellent job and so does the doctors. Doctor Perkins is the best.

It was obvious the lady who gave me my eye exam had no idea what she was doing. She was incredibly rude, and refused to listen to me when I told her the machine was out of focus when she was examining my left eye. I had to argue with her for about ten minutes for her to fix it because I couldn't even see the top line clearly. Then, after my eyes were fully dilated, she made me return to the bright waiting room to suffer. Without surprise, the prescription was wrong and I had to go to another office to have it redone. The glasses store inside will not accept insurance because they are a privately owned company. They told me I will have to pay in full and then file a claim. They are too expensive to give out this kind of treatment. I will not be going back.

Had cataract surgery through Dr. Steiner. He was very careful to be sure I understood what was happening and his follow up was very thorough. I think he did an excellent job and did not weary of my many concerns. Good experience.
