The new owners are great, they kept the old bike mechanics who always helped me out, they're cool no nonsense guys. The old owner was frankly rude and I must say some of his salesmen were pretty rude too. I'm happy the bike shop is under new ownership and I'll always take my bikes to get worked on there, they've always done a great job.

All I got at Ajax was a rude bike mechanic who would rather whine about how busy he was than take 5 minutes to quickly remedy the problem like they did across the street.

Great service and great prices. I went in to buy first Carbon Fiber road bike and they have a huge selection. It took me months to decide which one I wanted. The staff was super helpful and patient with me while I made my decision. I finally purchased a Specialized Tarmac and they took the time to fit me on it and make sure that I would look over my new ride. When ever I am out on the road I stop in for air and they are still pleasant to deal with. Thanks to Aaron and Steve and the whole staff at Ajax in Carbondale.

Do not do business with these guys. They'll try to scam you and rip you off. They're pathetic!
