Needed some seemingly simple wheel repair that turned more problematic than anticipated. No problem -- the mechanic found the part elsewhere, went there, got it, and fixed my wheel all within the time frame promised. Super impressed. A cool shop, great service, and nice inventory. Definitely recommended.

Brought in my old school (25 + years) Zunow road bike in for tune-up so my teen-age son could use it as a commuter. Matt recognized it for the gem that it is and suggested this is a bike you may not want left locked up around town. Steered us down a better path. Thank you for saving me from a possible heart-ache.
