Being a relatively new real estate investor I've had the need to start establishing relationships with service providers for various areas of work when I am remodeling a house. It has been a frustrating experience in most cases to find reliable service providers for each service I need that I can depend on to do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do at the cost that they quote. Almost every property that I've encountered has some needs for roof evaluation, repair or replacement. I've been extremely fortunate to find Nick Gilley at Basey's Roofing in Rogers,AR. He and his company have been the most responsive and cost competitive service provider that I have had the pleasure of working with. Nick has been very responsive to my needs in a very timely manner and I have used him on my personal home to do a roof replacement as well. I would highly recommend Basey's Roofing for any roofing needs that you may have even if you just want some guidance on a roof issue. Ask for Nick Gilley if you have roofing needs in the Northwest Arkansas and you will be pleased with the assistance he provides and the costs are the most competitive around for very high quality work.

I was thinking I needed a new roof. On 9-14-17 I called Basey's Roofing and a nice young man named Nick came out. After looking my roof over real good he told me that actually I did not need a new roof yet and that I should get from three to five more years out of my roof before worrying about it unless we have a bad hail or wind storm. I did have a place where the water would blow up under the shingles at the roof edge near the left valley and let water into my soffit overhang. He actually took a tube of roof sealer and glued those shingles down so the wind would not lift them to allow water in. When he finished I asked how much I owed him. His reply was nothing  but would appreciate it if I gave them the chance to bid my roof when I do need one. Most refreshing and surprised to see such honesty and quality service.  I would definitely recommend anyone needing a roof to give them a call. Thank you Nick.

Nick and his team are awesome. My mom's house was pretty damaged in the storm we had in April. When my daughter recommended him, she did me a huge service. Nick took so much stress off my shoulders, simply by doing what he does every day, which is customer service.He's a wonderful and respectful young man, hard worker and cares about his clients. Thanks Nick. I definitely recommend this man. Very reasonable on his prices and never once felt that he was only in it for the money. He earns a 7 out of 5. Just marvelous. Can't say enough good things about him.

Called Basey Roofing looking for a roof inspection to validate a potential insurance claim. Several other companies just gave me quotes and said to turn them into my insurance company. Nick gave me an honest and straight forward assessment and said that we did not need any work done. Even though we didn't need a roof this time Basey will be my first call for all future roofing needs. It's nice to find honest companies with great customer service!

Nick was really awesome. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They’re truly about the customer service, and aren’t just trying to make a buck! Will definitely use them in the future for all roofing repairs!
